Despite market slowdown post-Covid, construction activity continues in the Middle East, and success depends on strong professional relationships and skilled execution.</p><p>I can leverage my <strong>existing client and contractor network</strong> to secure villa, G+2, G+5, and similar projects on a square-meter or subcontract basis, ensuring competitive pricing and healthy margins. Non-government and non-consultant projects can further improve profitability.</p><p></p><p><strong>Structural Steel Scope</strong><br>Curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, doors, windows, glass partitions, kitchens, louvers, gates, canopies, and balustrades.</p><p>These ideas are practical and ideal for <strong>small to medium-sized companies</strong>. I have additional growth strategies which can be discussed later.
