<p><strong>Leadership</strong><br>• Understand the organization’s mission, vision, and goals and align team processes accordingly.<br>• Build, lead, and motivate teams to successfully execute events and campaigns.<br>• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills while managing teams effectively.</p><p><strong>Management – Marketing</strong><br>• Establish and lead the marketing team.<br>• Develop and maintain a strong database of stakeholders supporting events and campaigns.<br>• Design and implement effective MIS systems to track marketing performance and efficiency.</p><p><strong>Management – Finance</strong><br>• Align activities with the organization’s financial goals and support projects through fundraising.<br>• Ensure project profitability through due diligence, cost control, negotiations, and innovative practices.<br>• Maintain financial accountability by implementing systems for cash handling and timely reporting.</p><p><strong>Operations</strong><br>• Plan and execute projects seamlessly to ensure successful outcomes.<br>• Engage donors, agencies, businesses, and stakeholders for financial and in-kind support.<br>• Manage resource planning, procurement, budgeting, and fundraising strategies.<br>• Monitor project progress, maintain records, and implement improvements where required.<br>• Submit timely progress and performance reports to the Managing Trustee.<br>• Form and manage project teams, including staff, interns, and volunteers, with proper orientation and supervision.</p><p><strong>Application</strong><br>Send updated CV to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:recruitment.jcgroup@gmail.com"><strong>recruitment.jcgroup@gmail.com</strong></a>.<br>Candidates must be based in <strong>Chennai</strong> or willing to <strong>relocate to Chennai</strong>.<br><br></p>
