Senior Project Manager
<p>Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.<br>Skills and Experience:<br>Experience:<br>• 12+ years in IT delivery, including 7+ years in Agile coaching and transformation.<br>• Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption and project/program management.<br>• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and automation practices.<br>Key Skills:<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, DAD).<br>• Expertise in Agile metrics, OKRs, and value realization.<br>• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.<br>• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle tools.<br>• Ability to bridge business and technology teams for effective transformation.<br>Preferred Attributes:<br>• Experience in banking or financial services domain.<br>• Ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs rather than applying them rigidly.<br>• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience as a keynote speaker or trainer.<br>Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)<br>Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com">nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com</a></p>
