Job Opening: Lab Manager Industry: Plant Tissue Culture / Biotechnology Location: Ranchi Experience Required: 8–12 years of experience in a commercial Plant Tissue Culture (PTC) laboratory, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role. The candidate must have hands-on experience with ISO / NCS-TCP certification processes and proven expertise in cost-per-plantlet optimization. Educational Qualification: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="http://M.Sc">M.Sc</a>. or Ph.D. in Biotechnology or Botany. Job Description: The Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Plant Tissue Culture lifecycle. Key responsibilities include planning and executing lab schedules, ensuring strict protocol standardization, maintaining sterile chain-of-custody practices, managing team performance, monitoring quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with certification and audit requirements.
