FACTORY MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL GASKETS MANUFACTURING
<p></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Saudi Arabia<br><strong>Industry:</strong> Industrial Gaskets / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Only candidates with direct experience in industrial gasket manufacturing will be considered.</p><p>We are setting up a new industrial gasket manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to build and operate the plant from the ground up. The role is hands-on and operational, with full responsibility for production efficiency, quality, delivery performance, and team leadership in line with oil & gas standards.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>8–15 years of hands-on experience in industrial gasket manufacturing with proven expertise in Spiral Wound, RTJ, Kammprofile, and Soft Cut gaskets. Strong knowledge of materials such as SS304/316, graphite, PTFE, and CAF. Solid understanding of oil & gas requirements, production planning, and QC systems. Prior factory startup experience is preferred.
