Cleaning Supervisor

<p>The responsible for supervising and coordinating daily cleaning<br>operations at the project site to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are<br>consistently met in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and Saudi<br>regulations. The role includes manpower supervision, task allocation, quality control, training,<br>and coordination with other departments to maintain high service standards.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Operational Supervision<br>• Supervise daily cleaning activities across assigned areas (camps, accommodation,<br>offices, schools, hospitals, sites, or other facilities as applicable).<br>• Allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure tasks are completed according to approved<br>schedules and SOPs.<br><br>• Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.<br>• Promote a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment.<br>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br>• Minimum High School Certificate (Diploma preferred).<br>• 3–5 years of experience in cleaning operations, with at least 1–2 years in a<br>supervisory role.<br>• Holding a BICSc certificate is preferred.<br>• Experience in KSA projects, camps, hospitals, large facilities, and the education<br>sector (schools) is preferred<br>• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern cleaning methods.<br>• Candidates must have prior experience holding a Saudi driving license.<br>Skills &amp; Competencies<br>• Strong leadership and team management skills.<br>• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).<br>• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.<br>• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.<br>• Good awareness of HSE and hygiene standards.<br></p><p>tel:+966508069853</p>
