Business Analyst – Cards & Payments (Payment Gateway)

<p>Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst – Cards &amp; Payments (Payment Gateway) for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms &amp; conditions.<br>Role Summary: The person should be Senior Business Analyst to lead key initiatives in the Cards &amp; Payments domain. The person should be bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery teams to design, document, and deliver end-to-end payment solutions with a focus on innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>* Lead the end-to-end analysis and documentation of business requirements for card issuance, merchant acquiring, POS/e-commerce transactions and settlement flows.<br>* Act as the SME for payment platforms including Base24, Prime, MPGS, CYBS and other card switches/payment gateways.<br>* Manage reconciliation and settlement processes, dispute lifecycle, and chargeback handling across Visa, Mastercard, and NAPS.<br><br>* Strong understanding of Cards lifecycle (debit/credit/prepaid), Merchant Acquiring, and 3D Secure flows.<br>* Hands-on expertise with Base24, Prime 4, MPGS, payment gateway APIs, and settlement engines.<br>* Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation reports.<br>* Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence.<br>* Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.<br>* Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates.<br>* Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS).<br>Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)<br>Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com">nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com</a></p>
