Design & Technical Manager (Residential Building Projects)
<p>Our Company name is Top International Engieering Corporation Arabia Limited, is a Chinese Company .We are currently workingrge-scale integrated development project in <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="http://Riyadh.So">Riyadh.So</a>,We need to hire Design & Technical Manager .The specific requirements are as follows:<br>1. 15 years or more of relevant work experience, including 10 years of work experience in Gulf countries.((Iqama available for transfer from Saudi Arabia).<br>2.Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.<br>3.Manages the full project design cycle: Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Specialist Detailed Design, and Construction Support.<br>4.Coordinates and manages multiple design consultants (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interior Finishes, Landscape, Civil) for clear interfaces and efficient collaboration.<br>5.Leads design reviews, drawing coordination meetings, and controls key design milestones, providing optimization recommendations.<br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="http://6.Works">6.Works</a> closely with the Cost Department to conduct cost estimation and implement cost-controlled design at all stages.<br>7.Supports the Pre-Development Department by providing technical input to ensure designs meet local planning, fire protection, and other regulatory approval requirements.<br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="http://8.Reviews">8.Reviews</a> and evaluates design changes for their impact on cost, schedule, and quality.<br><br>If you are interested, please submit your resume first.
