Key Responsibilities<br><br>Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and projects.<br><br>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.<br><br>Conduct regular market research to identify leads and business potential.<br><br>Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.<br><br>Promote company services through site visits, meetings, and communication channels.<br><br>Support operations and management in planning and executing business strategies.<br><br>Maintain a clear record of leads, inquiries, negotiations, and outcomes.<br><br>???? Qualifications & Skills<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.<br><br>3–7 years of experience in contracting / construction sales, preferably in construction/industrial sectors.<br><br>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br><br>Proven track record in bringing new clients/projects.<br><br>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.<br><br>Valid driving license (preferred).<br><br>????
