ESTIMATOR [Wood Carpentry/Joinery Division]

<p>Salary: To be discussed on interview<br>Applicant to submit CV with Photo: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:JobsCareers1986@gmail.com"><strong>JobsCareers1986@gmail.com</strong></a><br><br>Qualification:<br>- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Woodworking Technology.<br>- Has a combination of formal education in construction and extensive, hands-on experience in woodworking or joinery.<br>- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out estimation<br>- Ability to interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.<br>- Knowledge in Software AutoCAD or SolidWorks<br><br><br>Job Description:<br>- responsible for analyzing project plans, calculating material/labor costs, and preparing bids for custom furniture, interior fit-outs, or architectural woodwork.<br>- Can do 2D, 3D via AutoCAD drawing if required<br>- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), detailed cost estimates, and competitive tender documents<br></p>
