Senior Accountant (Bahrain)

<p>Salary Range: 400.000 – 600.000 Bahraini Dinars (per month)<br>Benefits: Visa and Accommodation<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Accounts Management:<br>• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.<br>• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with established guidelines and standards.<br>Supervision &amp; Leadership:<br><br><br>Financial Analysis:<br>• Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.<br>• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for cost control and revenue enhancement.<br>Budgeting:<br>• Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets; track variances and report findings to upper management.<br>• Ensure that spending aligns with budget constraints and financial goals.<br>Technology Utilisation:<br>• Utilise advanced Excel functions, Rist, and other accounting platforms for data analysis and financial reporting.<br>• Implement new software or update existing systems to improve efficiency in accounting processes.<br>Policy Development:<br><br>• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the supermarket or real estate sector.<br>• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.<br>• High proficiency in Excel, Rist, and other accounting software.<br>Skills:<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Strong leadership and team management abilities.<br><br>For more information, please share your resume with <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:hr@al-mathani.com"><strong>hr@al-mathani.com</strong></a></p>
