Chief Production Officer (CPO)
<p>We are looking for a seasoned Chief Production Officer (CPO) to lead and transform end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, cost optimization, quality, safety, and scalability across multiple plants.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>• Lead overall production strategy and execution across manufacturing units<br>• Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives<br>• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance<br>• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 practices<br>• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams<br>• Oversee CAPEX planning, plant expansion, and modernization projects<br>• Build and mentor senior production leadership teams<br>• Deliver on OTIF, yield improvement, and efficiency KPIs<br>Candidate Profile<br>• 20+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing operations<br>• Prior experience in a Plant Head / VP Production / COO Operations role preferred<br>• Strong exposure to multi-plant operations<br>• Proven track record in turnaround, scale-up, or greenfield projects<br>• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills<br>• Engineering degree mandatory; MBA / PGDM preferred<br><br><br>Send resume on <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="https://mmenterprises.co.in/upload-your-resume/">https://mmenterprises.co.in/upload-your-resume/</a></p>
