OCM Consultant (Organizational Change Management)
<p>We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with 4–7 years of relevant experience to drive successful business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will support large-scale change programs, digital transformation projects, and organizational restructuring efforts by developing and executing structured change strategies that ensure stakeholder adoption and sustainable outcomes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with business objectives.<br><br>Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.<br><br>Design and execute communication plans, engagement strategies, and training frameworks.<br><br>Partner with business leaders, project managers, HR, and technology teams to drive adoption.<br><br>Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder meetings.<br><br>Identify resistance areas and implement mitigation strategies.<br><br>Develop change artifacts including communication materials, training content, and adoption metrics.<br><br>Track and report change effectiveness using KPIs and adoption dashboards.<br><br>Support cultural transformation initiatives and capability-building programs.<br><br>Ensure alignment with established change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model).<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.<br><br>4–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or business transformation roles.<br><br>Proven experience supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, or digital transformation programs.<br><br>Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter International frameworks).<br><br><br>Structured problem-solving<br><br>Strong presentation and facilitation skills<br><br>Results-oriented mindset"<br>tel:+918790754529</p>
