Mechanical Estimation Engineer
<p>We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or contracting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications<br><br>Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.)<br><br>Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis<br><br>Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors<br><br>Prepare BOQs and pricing breakdowns<br><br>Participate in bid preparation and submission<br><br>Coordinate with project management, procurement, and engineering teams<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering<br><br>Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical estimation<br><br>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)<br><br>Experience in quantity surveying and cost control<br><br>Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software<br><br>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings<br><br>Good communication skills in English<br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:sultan11108@hotmail.com"><strong><u>sultan11108@hotmail.com</u></strong></a></p>
