Sales Coordinator - MEP

<p>- Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, material submittals, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) in a timely and accurate manner.<br>- Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.<br>- Support project coordination and basic project management tasks, including tracking timelines and documentation.<br>- Maintain project files, logs, and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br>- Communicate with clients and suppliers for follow-ups, clarifications, and document submission.<br>- Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and customer correspondence.<br>- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for material availability and dispatch updates.<br>- Ensure proper filing, document control, and customer satisfaction through continuous follow-ups.<br><br>Qualification:<br>- B.E Mechanical Engineering<br>- Mechanical sales background will be an added advantage<br><br>Salary up to AED 4000 + visa, medical insurance, flight ticket<br><br>Candidates willing to relocate and freshers in UAE with relevant background are encouraged to apply<br>tel:+971565505527</p>
