<p>Urgent Hiring in Bahrain<br><br>Senior Estimator - Interior Fit-Outs<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Prepare and submit accurate and timely cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.<br>- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive quantity take-offs.<br>- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for cost estimation.<br>- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.<br>- Review and analyze project contracts, identifying and addressing any potential risks or discrepancies.<br>- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.<br>- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.<br>- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, providing valuable input on cost-related matters.<br>- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance with cost and quality standards.<br><br>Requirements:<br>- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<br>- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers.<br>- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in cost estimation and documentation.<br>- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.<br>- Professional certification or membership in relevant industry associations is a plus.<br><br>Interested candidates can submit their CV to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:bahrainfreejob@gmail.com"><strong>bahrainfreejob@gmail.com</strong></a></p>
