Machine Operator (Thermoforming)

<p>minimum Secondary School Graduate<br>WORK LOCATION: BAHRAIN<br>3 years minimum relevant experience in operating continuous high volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment ( preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of operating similar machines in a controlled QMS operation.<br>can operate THERMOFORMING machine<br>can perform machine troubleshooting<br>Can do changing of molds<br>good English communication ability<br>has the ability to work independently and within a multi-national/ cultural team<br><br>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br>Efficiently organize the production activities to achieve and improve targeted KPIs.<br>Competently and efficiently set-up standard process parameters and the identification and improvement of timing and process to meet increased production output and cost reduction.<br>Generation of daily and periodic production reports.<br>Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of the machinery and work station.<br>Ensure that the right item ( product quality) is produced and right packaging is used.<br>Set and operate machines under standard process parameters per quality standards and be able to change machine settings and packing line.<br><br>Compensations:<br>Salary: BD200<br>+ company accommodation (shared room)<br>+ company transportation<br>+ BD2 laundry allowance (given after 3 months)<br>+ free uniform (given after 3 months)<br>+ free safety shoes<br>+ free airfare ticket (every 2 years)<br>+ 30 days paid leave per year<br>+ medical insurance (Al hilal)<br>work timing: saturdays until thursdays 6am to 2:30pm. overtime will be on top of it but that shall depends on the production schedules as it was not guarantee for everyday<br><br>Send your CV to +973 36840854, NO CALLS ALLOWED</p>
