Cleaning Operations Supervisor
<p>A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Cleaning Operations Supervisor<br>Job Responsibilities:<br>• Leads cleaners on cleaning activities<br>• Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks<br>• Check all designated areas for cleanliness<br>• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence<br>• Establish and leads staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards<br>• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job<br>• Respond to customer complaints and special requests<br>• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock<br>• Participate in large cleaning projects as required<br>• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas<br><br>Requirements :<br>• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in same field is a must<br>• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products<br>• Excellent organizational and team management skills<br>• Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License<br><br>Competitive Salary Package and other Benefits will be provided as per Bahrain Law<br><br>If Interested, send your CV @ <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:scorejobs2024@gmail.com"><strong>scorejobs2024@gmail.com</strong></a> with subject Cleaning Operations Supervisor<br></p>
