<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our sites in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective site security.<br>• Monitor security systems and conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks.<br>• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.<br>• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.<br>• Oversee security staff to adhere on high standards of performance.<br>• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.<br>• Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.<br>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<br>• Minimum of 3-4 years in security supervision or a related field.<br>• Bachelor’s Degree or atleast Secondary level graduate or a related discipline is preferred.<br>• GTS certified is a must<br>• Driving License required<br><br>If qualified, send CV at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:scorejobs2024@gmail.com"><strong>scorejobs2024@gmail.com</strong></a> with subject Security Supervisor<br></p>
