Customer Engagement Representative / Sales Growth Associate

<p>We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Representative / Sales Growth Associate to join our Dubai-based team. This onsite role in Al Mamzar, Dubai involves working with U.S.-based clients and focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and building strong customer relationships through phone calls and email communication.<br>The ideal candidate is confident, sales-oriented, and comfortable working evening or night shifts to align with U.S. business hour.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Make outbound sales and engagement calls to prospective and existing customers<br>• Send professional, personalized sales and follow-up emails<br>• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through proactive outreach<br>• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships<br>• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions<br>• Consistently follow up to maximize conversions and sales growth<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems<br>• Achieve individual and team sales targets<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth<br>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<br>• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills<br>• Proven interest or experience in sales, customer engagement, or telecalling<br>• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills<br>• Ability to work onsite in Al Mamzar, Dubai<br>• Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones<br>• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools (preferred<br><br>tel:+971544089959</p>
