MEP PROJECT MANAGER

<p>We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. The role involves full responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and successful handover of MEP systems.<br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Manage end-to-end MEP scope including design coordination, installation, testing &amp; commissioning.<br>Control project budget, variations, and subcontractor packages.<br>Lead MEP team and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.<br>Ensure compliance with UAE standards, regulations, and client requirements.<br>Drive quality, safety, and timely project delivery.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.<br>Minimum 5 years overall experience in MEP contracting/construction.<br>At least 3 years as MEP Project Manager on large projects .<br>Minimum 3 years UAE/GCC experience (mandatory).<br>Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.<br>Strong knowledge of BIM, Primavera/MS Project, and MEP systems.<br>Must have a valid UAE driving license.<br><br>Preferred:<br><br>PMP certification or equivalent.<br>Experience with Tier-1 contractors and international consultants.<br><br>tel:+971522505806</p>
