Looking For A Responsible And Experienced Operations Supervisor

<p>We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day delivery operations. The ideal candidate will oversee rider performance, ensure smooth operations, and maintain service quality standards.<br><br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Supervise daily delivery operations and rider activities<br>Manage rider attendance, shifts, and performance<br>Ensure timely order deliveries and minimize delays<br>Coordinate with clients (Noon, Careem, etc.) for operational requirements<br>Handle rider issues, escalations, and troubleshooting<br>Maintain reports on performance, attendance, and KPIs<br>Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics / delivery operations<br>Bachelor Degree<br>Experience handling delivery riders is a must<br>Strong communication and leadership skills<br>Ability to work under pressure<br>Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)<br>UAE experience (required)<br>Immediate Joiner<br>Freelance Visa/Own Visa/Cancel Visa<br>tel:+971529171994</p>
