We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal – Senior School to lead academic excellence, admissions growth, faculty development, and stakeholder engagement for Classes IX–XII. The role requires strong academic leadership, operational management, and strategic planning capabilities to enhance institutional performance and reputation. ________________________________________ • Ensure a minimum of 30 students qualify in competitive examinations such as JEE (Advanced), NEET, CLAT, and NATA. • Establish and implement a comprehensive Career Counselling Centre to guide students toward mainstream and emerging career paths. • Support students through undergraduate admission processes in India and abroad, including applications, SOPs, scholarships, and fee structures. • Conduct half-yearly teaching feedback evaluations for teachers (Classes IX–XII). • Improve academic reputation ranking metrics by 4 points year-on-year. 3.
