SALES ENGINEER
<p><em> Proactively identify and visit new industrial clients in sectors like manufacturing, construction and oil & gas across Bahrain.<br></em> Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and service contract.<br>* Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.<br>* Assess customer's needs and provide technical solutions.<br>* Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotation and cost estimates (BOQs) for client.<br>* Coordinate with the internal workshop and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and project executions.<br>* Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Bahrain markets.<br>* Submit regular sales report, visit logs, and performance forecasts to management.<br>* Participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company's brand.<br>* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical advice following a sale.<br>* Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product performance and resolving any complaints.<br>* Assist the finance department in ensuring timely payments for completed orders.<br><br>What we need.<br><br>* Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.<br>* Previous experience in technical sales, preferably within the hydraulics or heavy machinery industry.<br>* Fresh graduated with a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering can also apply.
