The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing enterprise IT systems in alignment with ARAMCO / SABIC standards and best practices. The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, applications, and services critical to operational and corporate environments. ******* Key Responsibilities ******* * Core IT Operations Provide day‑to‑day IT support for enterprise users, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO / SABIC IT policies and standards. Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution. * Enterprise Systems & Applications Support SAP (ECC/S4), email systems, collaboration tools, document management systems, and other enterprise applications. Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in accordance with IT Governance and Cybersecurity policies. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. * Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure adherence to ARAMCO/SABIC cybersecurity frameworks, ISO 27001, and NCA regulations. Support endpoint protection, antivirus, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. Participate in IT audits, assessments, and risk mitigation activities. Support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity. Assist with data center operations, server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and backups. Support OT/IT integration environments where applicable (plants, refineries, industrial sites). 3–7+ years of IT experience, preferably within ARAMCO, SABIC, or ARAMCO/SABIC‑approved contractors.
