<p>Senior Quantity Surveyor<br>📍 Location: Noida<br>🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Building Construction<br>💼 Experience: 8–14 Years<br>💰 CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA<br>🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time<br>We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost-related aspects of building construction projects from budgeting through final account settlement.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies<br>• Develop BOQs and manage tendering processes<br>• Evaluate contractor quotations & prepare comparative statements<br>• Negotiate rates and finalize contracts/work orders<br>• Verify site measurements and certify RA bills<br>• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance<br>• Manage variations, extra items, and change orders<br>• Prepare MIS and commercial reports<br>• Review contractor bills and finalize project accounts<br>• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors<br>Candidate Profile<br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying<br>• 8–14 years of experience in building construction projects<br>• Experience with a real estate developer preferred<br>• Strong knowledge of CPWD / IS specifications<br>• Proficiency in MS Excel & quantity take-offs<br>• ERP experience is an advantage<br>• Strong negotiation, analytical & communication skills<br>📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:hrm@mmenterprises.co.in"><strong>hrm@mmenterprises.co.in</strong></a><br></p>
