MSSC RESEARCHER
<p>Job title: MSSC Researcher<br><br>Field/ Specialization: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Sciences, Health Professions Education, Medical Education, or a related field.<br><br>Roles and Responsibility:<br><br>1. Research Development & Project Management<br><br>2. Assist in conceptualizing and designing research studies in medical sciences and medical education.<br><br>3. Develop research proposals, protocols, ethics applications, and project timelines.<br><br>4. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and identify research gaps.<br><br>5. Coordinate data collection using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed- methods approaches.<br><br>6. Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure progress and compliance with research standards.<br><br>7. Data Analysis & Reporting Perform statistical data analysis using appropriate software (e.g., SPSS, R).<br><br>8. Interpret research findings and prepare technical reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.<br><br>9. Create research presentations, posters, and scholarly outputs for conferences.<br><br>10. Scholarly Writing & Publication Draft, revise, and prepare manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals.<br><br>11. Ensure adherence to academic writing standards (AMA, APA, Vancouver).<br><br>12. Assist in responding to journal reviewers and revising manuscripts accordingly.<br><br>Collaboration & Capacity Building Work collaboratively with coordinators, medical 1. students, and simulation educators on research projects.<br><br>13. Mentor MSSC staff on research projects when needed.<br><br>14.
