Senior Cost Engineer
<p>Key Accountabilities:<br><br>• Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems, procedures, and reporting tools.<br>• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost baselines, and cash flow forecasts.<br>• Monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets and highlight variances.<br>• Perform cost analysis, cost-to-complete forecasting, and earned value management (EVM) reporting.<br>• Review and validate subcontractor payments, invoices, and variation orders.<br>• Evaluate change orders, claims, and contractual variations, and provide cost impact assessments.<br>• Prepare periodic cost reports, including forecasts, commitments, and financial performance summaries.<br>• Support tendering activities through cost estimation, benchmarking, and BOQ analysis.<br>• Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of cost data.<br>• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for value engineering initiatives.<br>• Maintain accurate cost records, logs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.<br>• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and project controls standards.<br>• Perform other related duties as assigned.<br><br><br>Key Job Specification:<br><br>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.<br>Experience: 10+ years of related experience.<br><br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:jobs@levels.sa"><strong>jobs@levels.sa</strong></a></p>
