Grill Line Cook — Kebab

<p>Key Responsibilities<br>Grill &amp; Cooking Duties:<br>• Prepare and cook a wide variety of kebabs including shish, kofta, seekh, adana, and mixed grills.<br>• Operate charcoal, gas, and open-flame grills safely and efficiently.<br>• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect doneness<br>• Ensure all dishes are plated consistently and meet presentation standards.<br><br>Experience &amp; Skills:<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook with a focus on grill / kebab station.<br>• Proven expertise in preparing Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or similar grilled dishes.<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Transferrable Iqama<br>• Preferably in Jeddah for Trial<br><br>tel:+966530966734</p>
