HSE Engineer - Bahraini

<p>Key Responsibilities<br><br>•Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in line with company and legal requirements.<br>•Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.<br>•Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow-up and preventive measures.<br>•Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.<br>•Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules at all times.<br>•Support the preparation of HSE documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.<br>•Coordinate with site teams and contractors to promote safe work practices and maintain a safe working environment.<br>•Maintain HSE records, reports, and performance data.<br>•Participate in HSE meetings and support continual improvement initiatives.<br><br>Qualifications &amp; Skills<br><br>•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, or related field.<br>•Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction, FM, industrial, or related sectors.<br>•NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH certification is preferred or required.<br>•Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.<br>•Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.<br>•Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness at all levels.<br>•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>•Bahraini national male candidates are preferred.<br><br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:recruit@unionbahrain.com"><strong><u>recruit@unionbahrain.com</u></strong></a></p>
