Joinery Estimator
<p>Urgent Hiring in Bahrain<br><br>Joinery Estimator<br><br>Roles & Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.<br>• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids<br>as the project develops.<br>• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.<br>• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.<br>• Should be able to check and take site measurements to prepare estimation.<br>• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses<br>• Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor<br>requirements and other factors.<br>• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates<br>• Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors on estimates<br>• Evaluate a product’s cost effectiveness or profitability<br>• Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable<br><br>Qualifications:<br>• Minimum 8 to 10 yrs of experience as Estimator (joinery and fit out industry)<br>• Diploma in Civil / Interior / Joinery or equivalent experience<br>• Should be having experience in Joinery & Fit outs and Furniture manufacturing industries.<br>• Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills.<br>• Should be having experience in Joinery & Fit outs and Furniture manufacturing industries.<br>• Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills.<br><br>Salary: 800-1000BHD<br><br>Interested candidates can submit their CV to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-blue-500 underline hover:text-blue-700" href="mailto:bahrainfreejob@gmail.com"><strong>bahrainfreejob@gmail.com</strong></a></p>
