Barista (Specialty Coffee) .. Bahrain Kuwait UAE Saudi
<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our specialty coffee shop team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages (espresso-based & manual brewing)<br>• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and extraction standards<br>• Handle grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment professionally<br>• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience<br>• Support daily operations and maintain cleanliness and organization<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Minimum 5+ years of experience in specialty coffee<br>• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and manual brewing methods (V60, etc.)<br>• Previous experience working with well-known coffee brands<br>• Prior experience in GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) is preferred<br>• Excellent customer service skills<br>• Friendly and welcoming with customers<br>• Always maintains a positive attitude and a genuine smile<br>• Energetic, approachable, and team-oriented personality<br>• Ability to maintain quality standards and work efficiently under pressure<br>• Candidate must be currently based in a GCC country<br><br>Application Process:<br>Interested candidates are required to share:<br>• Updated CV<br>• Portfolio “If Available” (photos/videos of previous work, latte art, bar experience)<br><br>Applications should be sent via WhatsApp to:<br>+966563053862<br></p>
