Pizza Chef (Italian Style) - Saudi , UAE , Kuwait
<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Chef specialized in authentic Italian-style pizza to join our team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and bake high-quality Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan / artisanal)<br>• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes<br>• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation<br>• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization standards<br>• Support menu development and introduce new pizza concepts<br>• Manage daily kitchen operations related to pizza production<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Pizza Chef<br>• Strong expertise in Italian pizza techniques (dough fermentation, hydration, stretching, baking)<br>• Experience working with wood-fired ovens or professional pizza ovens<br>• Previous experience with well-known brands or restaurants<br>• Prior experience in GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) is preferred<br>• Ability to train team members and maintain quality standards<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure<br>• Candidate must be currently based in a GCC country<br><br>Application Process:<br>Interested candidates are required to share:<br>• Updated CV<br>• Portfolio (photos/videos of previous work)<br><br>Applications should be sent via WhatsApp to:<br>+966563053862</p>
