Gulf Return strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors. Violations result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.
2. OUR STANDARDS AGAINST CSAE
Gulf Return is a professional networking platform for returning expatriates, job seekers, and investors. Our platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We prohibit:
- Any content that sexualizes minors, whether real, AI-generated, animated, or illustrated.
- Grooming behaviors, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM in any form.
- Any form of sextortion, blackmail, or coercion involving minors.
- Discussions, links, or references that normalize or facilitate the abuse of children.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Gulf Return is restricted to users aged 18 years or older. During registration, users must confirm their age. Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and removed from the platform.

- Actioned within 24 hours for CSAE-related reports.
- Handled confidentially to protect the reporter.
5. DETECTION, PREVENTION & ENFORCEMENT

- Human Moderation: A trained moderation team reviews flagged content and makes final enforcement decisions.
- Account Removal: Any user found violating CSAE standards is permanently banned.
- Evidence Preservation: All relevant data is preserved for law enforcement when required.
