Passenger train services between China and North Korea will restart on Thursday after being suspended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The first train will depart from Beijing and travel to Pyongyang, stopping at Tianjin and Dandong, where coaches will be transferred across the border via Sinuiju. The train is expected to reach Pyongyang on Friday evening. Trains will run four times a week between Beijing and Pyongyang, with an additional daily service between Dandong and Pyongyang.
