UK Parliamentary Standards Commissioner is reportedly investigating whether Reform UK leader Nigel Farage broke Commons rules by failing to declare a £5 million gift from billionaire supporter Christopher Harborne. Farage insists he was under no obligation to disclose the donation because it was received before he became an MP.
