Hundreds of Greenlanders gathered outside the new American consulate… – Jacob Smith

Hundreds of Greenlanders gathered outside the new American consulate in Nuuk to protest against US President Donald Trump’s push for greater influence over Greenland. The demonstration followed a visit by Trump’s special envoy Jeff Landry to the semi-autonomous Danish territory. Protest organizers reiterated that Greenland is not for sale and rejected any attempt by foreign powers to increase political or strategic control over the Arctic island. #Greenland #DonaldTrump #USA #Denmark #Politics #
