Radio 1's Big Weekend brought massive crowds, sunny weather, and major performances to Sunderland as nearly 100,000 festivalgoers gathered at Herrington Country Park across three days. Fans enjoyed around 100 live acts while artists and attendees shared memorable moments from one of the UK’s biggest music events. The festival atmosphere and rare sunshine in north-east England quickly became a major talking point online. #BigWeekend #BBCRadio1 #Music #Festival #Sunderland #Entertainment #UK
