Kendall Roy is one of Succession’s most tragic characters because he keeps mistaking pain for depth and ambition for purpose. Jeremy Strong plays him like someone constantly trying to become the man his father wanted, while quietly falling apart under the weight of knowing he may never be enough. Succession (2018–2023), created by Jesse Armstrong, starring Jeremy Strong, Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin.
