More than 300 migrants attempting to reach the United Kingdom were reportedly kidnapped and tortured in Libya last summer, according to an investigation. The victims, mainly young men from Iraqi Kurdistan, were allegedly held by a militia demanding thousands of dollars in ransom from their families. Survivors claim they were threatened with forced organ removal if payments were not made, while evidence suggests some victims may have undergone coerced medical procedures. #Migration #Libya #Huma
