Saudi Arabia and Portugal have signed an agreement granting mutual visa exemptions for holders of diplomatic and special passports. The accord was signed in Lisbon by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Portuguese Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel.
