Moscow residents reported black oil-like droplets falling from the sky after a refinery was struck during what officials described as the largest Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian capital since the full-scale war began. Nearly 200 drones were reportedly launched, leaving thick smoke over parts of the region and injuring at least 17 people. While locals shared accounts of dark residue on clothing and property, Moscow authorities denied reports of any “oil rain.” #Russia #Ukraine #Moscow #Dron
