The parents of a Serbian teenager who carried out one of the country’s deadliest school shootings have been sentenced following a retrial in Belgrade. The 13-year-old gunman killed nine children and a security guard at Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School in 2023 before being placed in psychiatric care due to his age. Prosecutors accused his parents of neglect and abuse, while his father also faced charges linked to public safety violations. #Serbia #SchoolShooting #Justice #Europe #CrimeNews #W
