Authorities have deployed an unprecedented security network ahead of the annual Amarnath Yatra, which is scheduled to begin next week. The arrangements include multi-layered security coverage, no-fly zones along pilgrimage routes, surveillance towers and real-time vehicle monitoring systems. For the first time, service providers such as pony riders have been issued tamper-proof QR-code identity cards to enhance pilgrim safety and improve verification processes during the religious journey. #Amar
