Industry representatives are wary of a new court ruling that struck down the section of Kuwait’s new delivery regulations setting penalties for violations. The ruling, handed down on Sunday by Kuwait’s Administrative Court in a lawsuit filed by delivery app talabat, annulled Article 15 of Ministerial Decision No. 109/2026.
